At Cosy Oasis, we take great pride in the handcrafted quality of our luxury lighting. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a straightforward return and refund process for our customers in the United States.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for your item. To be eligible for a return, the chandelier must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Damages and Issues (Quality Guarantee)
Because our products are shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in Guangzhou, we perform strict quality checks. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective:

Provide photos and videos of the damage.

We will send replacement parts or a new unit at no extra cost to you.
3. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs to our designated warehouse.

If the item is defective or damaged, we will cover the costs of the replacement or return.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized chandeliers cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
