At Cosy Oasis, we are dedicated to bringing luxury, handcrafted lighting directly from our specialized manufacturing facility in Guangzhou to your home in the United States. By shipping factory-direct, we eliminate middleman costs and offer you premium chandeliers at unbeatable prices.

1. Shipping Destination

Currently, we exclusively serve and ship to addresses within the United States (USA).

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders undergo a strict quality inspection at our factory before dispatch.

  • Please allow 3 to 5 business days for order processing and packaging.

3. Shipping Method & Transit Time

To ensure the safety of our fragile luxury lighting, we use a combination of specialized sea/air freight and local courier services (FedEx/UPS/USPS).

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Since each piece is handcrafted and shipped internationally, the total delivery time to the USA is typically 28 to 42 days (4-6 weeks).

4. Shipping Rates

  • We offer Free Shipping on all orders across the United States. No hidden fees or extra charges at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves our factory in Guangzhou, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly through our website or the carrier’s portal.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (USA Only)

We ship all USA orders as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means all customs duties and import taxes are pre-paid by us. You will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

7. Damaged Shipments

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your chandelier arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us at contact@cosyoasis.com within 48 hours with photos and videos of the damage. We will send replacement parts or a new unit free of charge.
